Trevor was instrumental in setting up BioFilm in 2003 and led the management buy-out in 2007.  Prior to that, he spent over twenty years with Devro plc in a variety of senior positions - Group Technical Director, Business Development Director, European Business Director & North America Business Director - during which time he spent seven years on the Main Board.
