BioFilm produces a range of oral care products designed to improve oral health.  We also manufacture a range of products which provide effective, long-lasting breath freshening.  Thin film technology is well suited to the oral care sector due to the rapid mouth solubility.  In addition to the items below, further products under development include those for mouth ulcers, gum disease and plaque reduction where the film former can be manipulated so that it dissolves slowly and releases the active ingredient over a longer period of time directly on to the teeth or gums.

A range of mint flavoured dual action breath fresheners containing an active which keeps the breath fresh for up to 3 hours and an antibacterial agent which is CPC (cetylpyridinium chloride).
A range of flavoured products which contain fruit acid extracts which promote saliva flow and are excellent for people who suffer dry mouth conditions.  Suitable for the elderly and for people who suffer from a dry mouth as a side effect from their medication.
