BioFilm Ltd is a manufacturer of fast dissolving films used for medical devices, food supplements, confectionary and cosmetic products that are sold in 14 countries worldwide.

The Quality Management System (QMS) has been established and maintained to meet the requirements of the ISO 13485:2003, 21 CFR Part 820, cGMP and any other requirements as specified by our customers.

Quality Control

Through an effective Risk Management and Quality Planning system, BioFilm are able to identify, monitor, manage and mitigate risks.
Quality Control is managed in line by trained personnel. BioFilm’s manufacturing process is such that no work in progress is released to the next stage until rigorous inspections have taken place and the product has been positively released.
BioFilm is dedicated to meeting the expectations of cGMP within the factory environment. Every individual is trained to identify their role in improving product quality and ensuring compliance to the documented internal standard operating procedures. The Quality Handling System manages all aspects of the business including the artwork approval process.
